Winter Garden Real Estate is back!

Winter Garden real estate like so many other cities and towns in Central Florida had to endure four plus years of declining home values.  Sought after communities like golf gated Stoneybrook West and Black Lake Park had to sit and wait until the storm was over.  Today these areas are seeing an in surge of buyers that feel now is the time to get one of these great deals while they are still available.

If we know one fact about real estate it's that it always changes.  From a strong sellers market from 2000 to 2005 right into a buyers market in 2006, and change is coming again.

Stoneybrook west real estate not along ago had over 90 homes for sale, that's 10 percent of the community.  Today there are 20 homes for sale, 10 regular sellers, 8 short sales and only 2 bank owned properties.  Buyers sitting on the fence wondering if now is the time to purchase, keep in mind it's about supply and demand.  With more buyers seeing value sellers don't have to list their homes at rock bottom prices, even new construction has started up again.  Communities like Johns Landing in Winter Garden once silent of bulldozers and cement trucks is seeing contruction of new homes.

Don't wait to long, change will come again and that will be higher home prices and interest rates.  Contact Laura Crawford Winter Garden Realtor and resident for more information on communities that fit your criteria.
